Reverse progress

I really fricked up bros.

These were taken just 2 years apart. Lots of shit happened, bottom line I stopped lifting and started eating garbage, gained 20kg.

Is this reversible? Will I have lose skin? Fml I didn’t realize how bad it got.

      Huge difference, I went from getting compliments from strangers daily and easy mode with women, to clothes no longer fitting and friends making fun of me. Face is the worst.

      Not if you diet properly without having a huge deficit. Eat lots of protein and fibre, then slowly get to recomp levels. Do cardio 5 x a week, while at least 3 x strength.

      Does a deficit really affect skin? I assumed it’s a function of how fat you are and for how long you’ve been this way. And age (I’m 35)

    OP again, my plan is to do alternate day fasting while eating 1800 cals on non-fasting days, drop to just 1-2 fasting days per week if it gets too hard. Lifting 4 days per week and getting 160 proteins. Cardio on fasting days.

      Yep that’s pretty much my plan. Though I’ll incorporate fasting to make the deficit easier.

    Completely reversible and you won't have loose skin. I dropped 20kg at age 47. Also, this won't be the last time this happens to you. You'll be fine.

      Test and DNP will have you 90% of the way back in two months. Drop DNP and add tren and you’ll be way more than you ever were in two more months.

It’s not only being complacent, I had tons of shit happen in the last year, like my best friend of 20 years dying and a bunch of other life changing shit like that. It’s been rough. The relationship wasn’t helping me get better, constant fighting and stress, I finally decided to end it after a few years. Naturally now that I’m single and mid 30s I had a wake up call

    If it soothes you any way, I fricked up even worse. Went from the fabled Brad-Pitt-in-Fight-Club-mode to a BMI 35 slob. Won't get into details, but long story short: diagnozed psychosis and medication to it.

    It's not too late anon!! We all stumble but what matters is that you woke up to it before it got too bad. You are going to be fine. Now that you have put your mind to it, you will find it easy to say no to shit food and yes to homemade healthy stuff. Easy stuff like oatmeal, eggs, tuna, chicken breast. Post your picrel up where you will see it every day. Seriously print it out or even get it printed at Walgreens so you see it every day and remind yourself of where you were and where you WILL be soon.

    I also was in a serious relationship for many years that ended in November. I hadn't gotten real out of shape, ex also liked to exercise and eat healthy so I stayed ok, but getting dumped really lit a fire under me. Five months later I've lost almost ten pounds, put on more muscle, and look better than ever, and I'm not even done yet. You can do it dude, you're going to look great
