            I agree with it being on the high end of what's possible. You can still look pretty good at 200lbs between 16-18%bf though. It shouldn't really matter what you weigh if you're going for aesthetics though I agree. It's mostly an illusion and you could weigh 180lbs but look bigger than 200lbs guys.
