Obviously I can't change my bone structure but is there any way I could at least make some optical illusion or something that I am not a disgusting freak or should I just rope.

            I thought it was going to be a lot worse, THIS IS NOTHING Black person. Just go on SS and replace squats with weighted pullups. Do swimming and reeves shrugs.

            Back and delts are the most important for a v-taper. Pushups give you chest and triceps.

          So my #1 priority is to spam pull ups? I can only do 6, but after a break, 6 again. I have a pull up bar at home + dumbbells. So far I do
          >Push ups
          >Pull ups/chin ups
          >Curls
          >Overhead press
          >Shrugs
          >Some leg and abs work, but not often

            Find a program that will get you to 30 pullups then start adding weight to it.

                Call me a moron, but one rep a week sounds very slow on side but on the other also really hard. I do them 2x a week for 4 sets each. Ok, you know what, frick it. I need the progress. I will try to add 1 a week MINIMUM
                I think I will start a notebook, to recorc my total amount of reps and my personal bests, like a video game, I think this can motivate me.

            OHP
            Anything that hits delta, especially lateral raises

            More than salvageable, and def worsened by camera angle.

        You'll be fine, just lift diligently. it takes 2 weeks of a new exercise to feel any change, 6 weeks to see it in the morror, then you just keep at it and watch the changes come in.

        Also is that a third nipple in the middle? Intriguing.

    Do this but for pull-ups.
    By the time you get to 4 sets of 10, your frame will be fixed (armpits will line up with hip width). Don't do too many after that tho because you'll frick up your elbow tendons.

      OMG, I thought I was crazy, but after pull ups my elbow tendons are geniunely kinda fricked! Really unpleasant "stretchy" feeling, but when I do chin ups I don't get it.
      Maybe I should just do chin ups as a safer version? It also hits back from all I know.

        Just do chinups. Try wide grip pullups if they're better for you.

    get good lats shoulders and triceps to make your shoulders look wider
    train the shit out of your obliques, blocky core is better than fertile birthing hips
    you can conceal an awful lot with a good leather jacket
