>roid users die suddenly in their 20s, 30s, and 40s
>obese fatties die suddenly in their 40s, 50s, and 60s
>normal people die in their 60s, 70s, and 80s (beyond 75 is spent in diapers with people looking after them)
>active non-roid users who lift to stay strong remain healthy well into their 70s and 80s and die in their 90s and 100s while still being able to take care of themselves physically and mentally until their last dying days

How do roid users cope with the fact that natural lifters who are also physically active outside of the gym will have strength, power, virility, and a sharp mind well into their 80s while roid users have a lower life expectancy than all but the most morbidly obese?

Kek fair enough. You shouldn’t waste your essence being spiteful about other peoples’ poor decision-making though, makes it look like you got cucked and came here to vent

the ultimate redpill in fitness is that mike IS natty, and hes just what happens when someone with the ultimate perfect genetics live their lives in the exact perfect way, 4 decades of dedicated lifting

I know its hard to accept when you hit the gym 2-3 times a week and mildly lift and drink your whey then dont look like him but sadly you're not mike and you haven't got mikes genes and you haven't put in mikes work

roid trannies can take substances to try and be like mike and it works to an extent, but at the end of the way its still the human body and there's a limit and thats why roiders look pretty similar to mike

Mike O'Hearn does multiple full workouts PER DAY. He trains like Arnold at his peak. There's no way in hell the body of a natty 50yo can take that much volume.

Please tell me which of the two following scenarios is more likely:
      1) Mike trains with the same volume as a Mr. Olympia competitor and has the body of a Mr. Olympia competitor, yet does not use gear.
      2) Mike lies about taking gear.
Which do you think is more likely to be the case?

They don't though. You have IFBB pro bodybuilders today sometimes dying young, but they're also on literal meth and other stimulants while abusing insulin and diuretics on top of roids. Golden age bodybuilders didn't do so badly, and loads of those were also smokers.

      best post.

roid users (that blast the frick out of themselves for long periods of time with fricking grams of gear) die young.

roid users (that use moderate amounts of safer compounds on occasional cycles with proper post cycle therapy) generally do fine.

Athletic ultra-competitiveness in youth results in an early death while moderate exercise makes you live long and healthy but doesn't give peak performance. This was already known back in ancient Greece.

You are a stupid moron who doesn't understand that roid users are just as moronic as you, meaning that they also think that roids are unhealthy without having any proof, but they still take it because they are unhealthy people, and thus will die sooner, not due to testosterone.

    hahaha

i know that everyone is fricking terrified of being old but it's gonna happen OP. make your peace with it because you're gonna be shitting into a bag through a hole in your stomach like everybody else, or whatever the frick happens to you.

i mean consider what "old age" actually is. it's your body slowly dying around you while you're still inside it. it's never a case of "fine" -> "dead" unless you get like a heart attack or something.

you can't avoid it, and these comforting lies of "well i go to the gym 3 times a week in my 20s so therefore..." won't help you.

As long as you do it cautiously and isn't a complete Black person blasting non stop you should be fine.

I cant fathom wanting to live 80 years. I'm 25 and I've seen about enough

      Anonymous

I've seen some people hit 85 and still live high quality. Others are in a nightmare by 65 though it all depends and alot of it is just the luck of the draw even though I'm sure having good habits will increase the chances substantially.

But generally speaking aspiring to old age is pretty foolish. I think Juvenal had a good poem about why you shouldn't aspire to old age.

Not only do I not want to live that long, if at all, lifting and cardio in no way makes me feel any healthier. If anything, it makes me feel like I will die sooner putting all this stress on my body.
