    What is even the point of push-ups bros. I mean if you’re already training with weights at the gym aren’t you just wasting time by doing push-ups? Are you doing them on rest days when your chest should be recovering? I don’t get it

      Some people swear by muscle confusion, but on a more sound argument youre actually stimulating different muscle fibers than using just 1 exercise methodology. Personally i like heavy lifting and calisthenics.

      i do pushups on chest day, at the end of the session or even much later, like hours later, as a sort of conditioning. i do this with most of my split.

      after back: row machine
      after legs: weighted stairmaster
      after shoulders: 5lb flies until failure
      after anything else: ab work

    I can't do handstand pushups eventhough i train them for 4 years. What a fucked up situation, will do em everyday now. Gotta persevere

      Doing them free is hard. Literally been 15 years and i can do max 3 if my balance is good that day

          If youre worried about falling do it wall assisted on carpet and have your hands 1-2 ft from the wall, lightly push your feet off so youre free. Attempt walking around too sometimes. If you begin to fall forward tuck into a roll, or put a mattress out if youre not coordinated enough.
