Program with block periodization (increasing intensity each block) and progression based on how much your beat the amrap set.
Each block is periodized too, first week has lower intensity than week 6.

Higher intensity as in, less reps closer to your 1rm.

The Hypertrophy template is very popular too. But also very heavy because you're expected to do 12+/15+ amraps on squat and DL in the first few weeks. And those amrap sets are to "thank god for safeties" failure.

You're supposed to drop your max to around 85% for those

          >Do all your squats on one day
          >All your bench on it's own day
          >All your deadlifts on another
          >And all your presses on another
          Better to spread them out

I actually agree with you. This is my first time ever doing 1x week programming for my major compounds. I found the progression scheme and exercise variety to be really cool, and I wanted to run it as written the first time before making my own changes.

              >I found the progression scheme and exercise variety to be really cool
there are thousands of programs out there with unique progression schemes and exercise variations

Yeah, I was bound to do one of them. Bromley is extremely intelligent when it comes to programming, and the few reviews I've seen about this particular program were very positive, so I decided it was worth a try.

I’ve been doing this routine for more than 8 months and now I am fricking stuck. My traps are sick though.

What about an U/L that I can perform with dumbbells and a barbell? No machines.

        >8 months
It's a fricking LP; you shouldn't expect it to last longer than 4

I feel like ab work once a week isn’t good enough. Thinking of using my ab wheel on the other days
