any of guys got a rower that's not a concept2?
would you recommend the one you have/use?
favorite sea shanty?
also rowing related bragging and nonsense.
I have an old and used Kettler Kadett, probably 30 years old. It's an outrower and built like a tank.
I'm pretty satisfied with it and would buy the same one again. Only paid 80 Euros for it, although the computer is broken.
why not a c2? if you're a poorgay yeah get some crappy rower until you can get the real one but there's no technical reason to use anything other than the c2
College rower, setting the resistance to ten is for morons. To get as close to the resistance you get on the water, you want it to be between 5-7 (depending on how old the machine is).
What if your opinion of people who set an erg to 10?
why would you set it to anything else?
it's fine for like a warm up or something probably shortens the machines lifespan but if it's at the gym who gives a frick.
oh yeah i hate em i just hate people who set the rower to 10.
what should i set it to? at my gym i only see people using 2 or 10 with nothing in between
>more
>display drag factor
>stroke twice
>adjust fan until you hit 130, 120 if you're a manlet
Saves your back, allows for better form and proper car

wow that's actually really interesting I had not even considered hydraulic resistance.
