I have a very similar background and I'm 99.9% sure we do the same job, only for different companies. I won't tell you anything more but this explains why he can put out so many videos as it's pretty chill and it also allows me to have a very time consuming hobby.

I like him. Out of the 4 "horsemen of natural bodybuilding" he is my favourite, but I have an affinity for him because I am French too.
He gives good advice. I've been running a modified version of his Guts program for 18 months now, made the best gains of my life on it. The superset spam is a good tool, he also gives good homegym exercise selection (am a home gym Chad). His lifting advice and logic is solid. Can't speak for strength building but idgaf about numbers, I just want to be yolked out of my mind.
He also gives good life advice. He used to be what every young failed man was - a video game, porn, internet addict, and he turned his life around. I respect that, and I'm trying to do the same. His philosophy videos were also really good, but he hasn't uploaded any in a while.
Also, shitting on Blabla is justified. Bloho is what happens if you stay that moronic, video game, porn and internet addicted failure and don't course correct, so treating him as a case study to show why those behaviours are destructive is a good idea, plus the series is funny.
I think overall he is an inspiring figure. He's kind of like an older brother to me. I know the parasocial shit is cringe as frick, but I never really had a father figure, so at least having an older guy tell you what's up is very useful. I am actually using his advice on my own younger brother and his life is getting better too.
