iodized salt is crap, you will get enough iodine if you're healthy and just eat a healthy diet even if you live in region with "depleted" soils. there are much more people overdosing iodine by supplementing then there are people missing iodine.

prior to the introduction of iodized salt, goiter was common in all inland areas.

it is almost impossible to lack sodium at a healthy weight unless you only drink milk or only eat gummy worms or some shit. there's a 1% chance you lack iodine but most likely you're just low IQ and placebod yourself.

You're lacking minerals. Probably from sweating too much or eating too little. I had the same problem when I was living in the tropics and rucking around 50km every weekend, and let me tell you it gets worse. After a month or two of getting by with table salt, you start feeling lightheaded from kalium shortage. Vegetables fix that for a bit. Then the magnesium shortage sets in, and you get muscle cramps randomly. For me, that was the point where I realized I was dealing with mineral loss and started drinking some disgusting isotonic drinks. That fixed it for me.

Just made a glass of salt water. Salt s 33 NaCl and 66% KCL. Also iodized. Testing this for my chronic anxiety. If it works may god give you happiness and plentiful health.

Don‘t forget magnesium, it‘s a anxiolytic and many people are deficient. Magnesium citrate tastes best combined with the salt, I find, but it has laxative effects when you‘re not used to it 😮

Salt is bad if you are a lazy shit who doesn't do any activity.
For the active man salt is 100% necessary and you're probably deficient in it at any given second.
