No. Bread is amazing but honestly the #1 thing that makes people fat. It turns into carbs which turn into glucose (sugar). My wife was GD with one of her pregnancies and we saw this in real time taking her sugar. If you are gunna have carbs, it should be fruit, or potatoes

What if I make my own bread? Or can I eat only sandwiches while I bulk and then lay off for 3-4 months?

just use low calorie bread and make your own sandwiches. I go thru a loaf every half-week to a week and have lost over 35 lbs just counting calories (I eat a shit ton of sandwiches)

Still not that good for you

        >glucose is le bad
        >eat potatoes

Potatoes didn’t make our sugar shoot up. Rice, MSG, and bread did. We were in good ranges with whole grain noodles as well

Just make sure you're not eating a shitload of giant sandwiches with obscene amounts of bread. I just made myself a delicious sandwich last night:

    >Whole wheat seed bread
    >Grilled chicken breast from the other night (garlic, olive oil, lemon juice/zest, paprika, oregano, salt/pepper)
    >Homemade mayo made from friend's duck eggs (egg, lemon juice, garlic, avocado oil, worcestershire, salt/pepper)
    >Fresh sliced avocado
    >Lettuce
    >Tomato
    >Red onion
    >Homemade hot sauce (carolina reapers, apple cider/white vinegar, cilantro, roasted garlic, charred onions/carrots/radish/tomato)

Shit was fricking divine and healthy as a motherfricker. Eat your sandwich bro, just don't grab fricking white bread and fatty cold cuts and a bunch of fatty dressings and processed cheeses and shit. Healthy sandwiches are still good sandwiches.

Cheers bro. My wife makes our own mayo using nuovo olive oil, it’s fantastic. I need a recipe for soft buns because they’re my favorite for sandwiches.

I don’t much like grocery store cold cuts, just from a gastronomic perspective so no threat there.

You should send me a bottle of your hot sauce.

        >You should send me a bottle of your hot sauce.
I'm sure you don't wanna post your address on here so I'll just give you my recipe:

        >5 or 6 Carolina reapers (seeded)
        >2 whole bulbs of garlic
        >1 large white onion
        >1 large tomato
        >1 large carrot
        >2 small raddishes
        >1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
        >1/2 cup of white vinegar
        >1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
        >Salt and pepper

-Roast the garlic by cutting off the tops, sprinkling olive oil, salt and pepper over the top and wrapping in foil (you can look up videos how to roast garlic it's super easy)
-Cut the onion, tomato, carrot and radishes in half, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and throw in the oven
-Let them get charred, some will cook faster than others so take each veggie out one by one as they look ready
-Fully remove the seeds from the reapers and add to a blender
        -Add the cilantro and vinegar
-Add all of the charred veggies and roasted garlic
-Blend together as smooth as possible
-Taste and add salt/pepper to your liking
-Use a fine mesh strainer to strain it into an airtight container
-Let it sit in the fridge for a few days, stirring it occasionally

Then you're ready to go. Just make sure you don't breath that shit in while you're blending it. Even when you're washing the blender, fricking reaper fumes can be brutal. You can obviously use whatever peppers you want but I wouldn't know the ratios.

you should put garlic in your mayo
so good and the taste is very subtle

I always do. It's necessary in my opinion.

How much? Roast the garlic beforehand?

Depends on how much mayo you're making and how garlicy you want it. I'm a fricking fiend for garlic, so I like to put like 3 or 4 cloves per egg. I usually do it raw but I'm sure roasted would be fricking phenomenal. You could probably add more in that case since it won't be as pungent.

            No problem king.

if I use a less intense pepper will it still taste pretty damn good? also ty for your recipe, looks divine

            [...]
for some reason my monkey brain didn't see your last sentence in your recipe. nvm

I'm sure it would. You'd obviously need to experiment and add a few more than you would with the reapers, so the sauce itself will be more "pepper-forward" but I'm sure it'll still be awesome. I gave away all my reaper peppers from my last plant, but I have some serranos that are ready to be picked so I'm gonna give the same recipe a shot with those this time and see how it is.

I also want to experiment throwing the veggies on the charcoal grill instead of the oven next time. I bet it'll be fricking awesome.

About how spicy is this for a normie? I'm a wimp when it comes to spice. I really do love the taste of habanero though, so maybe I'll just drop a singular one of those in there instead.

Extremely spicy. It's not like one of those meme-tier, melt your face sauces but it's very very hot. You could maybe just add like 3 or 4 but you wouldn't taste the reaper as much and it'll still be super hot for a normie. I personally love the flavor of reapers so much it's almost a shame they're so fricking hot so you can't add more just for the floral fruitiness of them.

But yeah, habaneros are freaking delicious too, so I don't see why that wouldn't be just as good. Gotta add more than just one though, it's a large recipe that'll fill multiple bottles so you wanna taste the pepper at least..
