I just started a lowish carb diet because I finally realised why my health would rapidly deteriorate when I ate "healthy" foods, and get better when I just ate burgers. Keto seems too extreme though. I mean, you have to absolutely go out of your way to find things low in carbs. Even greek yoghurt would put me over the limit. A bannana would put me over.
I'm on keto for almost 3 weeks now and did 5 weeks last year
Meat, eggs, cheese and that's almost it
My daily diet consists of tuna Salat, eggs, dried Salami sticks, and meat with salat or brokoli in the evening. Cream doesn't have a lot of carbs so you can make nice sauces
There is peanut icecream bar with 10g carbs in my grocery store that gets me through
It's effective as fuck I recommend doing it. But your muscles will temporary shrink because a lot of water leaves your system first and your lifts will suffer
For me it's purely weight loss cuz I'm a fatty and finally wanna see a six pack
But lifts will shoot up when you integrate carbs again it's just that your muscles don't have that much energy at disposal the actual strength is the same
Since there is no real hunger and food is the same every day, eating is just the same as taking a shit or brushing my teeth. I don't count the cravings as hunger
also, if you're wondering why there could possibly be more mineral/vitamin defficiencies on a diet that is less restrictive
it's because it assume that a classical ketogenic diet is moreso typical in hormone ruining substances (usually the case per the average individual running keto) like toxic plant matter, vegetable oils, etc
also, certain nutrient sources will constantly fight for space metabolism wise
I'll be fair though, there are certainly side effects on strict carnivore, but only during the first several weeks, as per normal bacteria changing protocols/ketoflu
Both keto and full carnivore also contribute towards bettering of symptoms towards people showing signs of/full on alzheimer's, which isn't noted down in that chart
Nonsense.
adding a full stop to your one word reply doesn't do much
You know that a ketogenic diet requires more sodium than usual because your body flushes it out dumb fuck?
Do not call me dumb fuck.
Mate you're the dumbest fuck I've encountered today
it's called a flush you retard.
You're right I totally didn't refer to the body "flushing" something out thanks for the correction
that's the point you dumbfuck. it doesn't need a correction
keto=/=fasting
you piss out all the water and electrolytes fairly quickly when you cut carbs, that's why ketofags usually report a 10 lbs weight loss in a week or so
As far as I know water weight is roughly 4 pounds depending on body size etc. of course

It's not hard it's just very boring

what is the point of doing it for a few weeks and it fucking up your lifts.. I guess you are just trying to lose weight or something.
For me it's purely weight loss cuz I'm a fatty and finally wanna see a six pack

OP here. Take a bunch of electrolytes like I said and your lifts will be fine, plus you won't have any flu-like symptoms.
Can you help me out?
What should I search for exactly?
Thanks man
>it's just very boring
This. Been on carnivore for four months, and I'm just starting to lose the "food has to be fun!" mentality.
Lost it after 3 weeks already mate
Since there is no real hunger and food is the same every day, eating is just the same as taking a shit or brushing my teeth. I don't count the cravings as hunger
>eat only meat
>dont enjoy food anymore
Like poetry
Coach here on strict carnivore (meat, offal, brain/bone marrow, and water)
Here's your tl;dr
paleo vs classic keto vs carnivore vs strict carnivore
Nonsense.

Source: trust me bro
I use this in conjunction with regular salt, not as a replacement. This particular brand has a decent mix of sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
Yeah I use both, sea salt for food and lo salt just mixed into water a few times a day
