And he sucks at that too considering he's been lifting for 20 years and isn't natty.

Same reason some ugly 6/10 vlogger chicks have millions of female followers.

They're easier for Uggos to relate with and live vicariously through.

Jason Blaha's followers are all dyel losers

I don't think he has any fans everyone seems to make fun of the guy especially after Elgintensity would make fun of him. If he does have fans it's just people that feel sorry for him

Yeah, the only reason he hasn't completely disappeared is because he occasionally graces the world with ments.

you'll either burn out pretty quickly or injure yourself doing this shit

This mentality is so fricking stupid. Post body. Doing a few sets of 5 on squat bench and deadlift is not very hard, and adding on some fricking curls is not going to change that. Maybe some beginners want to train their whole body instead of just their legs, core, chest, triceps, and front delts. Crazy, I know.

        >adding some curls
How about you actually looks at the program you fricking moron dyel. He adds 4 low back intensive compound lifts to each session. I know you're a noob so you're come back to me with "ROWS WORK LATS NOT YOUR LOW BACK" because you know NOTHING.

22 sets is pretty standard for 5-6 day per week bodybuilding routine, anon. A lot of John Meadows' routines go up to 30 sets. Now realize that doing ICF, you rest 4 days per week. If you think that's a lot of volume, you're just lazy in the gym.

Not the anon you were replying to but I don't understand how you can do that many sets per session and not crash in the middle of the workout.

I have been training for 5 years and I am roiding, got a preworkout and a carb intra and still If I take all sets to failure the quality of work decreases heavily by the 16nth set. I guess with 3x a week I can see someone recuperating enough to not carry a lot of fatigue but I would much rather do less work and higher intensity. Specially for noobs who are more receptive to stimulus and lower work capacity.

What the frick you’re roiding too? You can’t be serious. I do like 80 sets on gear

Just take longer rest times and do different muscle groups together lol

For years I did ICF off and on because some butthole here recommended it and I didn’t know better. I was biking to work every day and working as a lifeguard, so even my rest days were very active - meaning that when it came time to lift, I’d burn out halfway through the session just like you said. I fricking hated lifting because of how fatigued I’d feel.

Recently swapped to DeFranco’s Westside For Skinny Bastards, which has significantly less volume but I’m building muscle much quicker than before.

Good point but icf is supposed to be a novice strength training routine like ss "but better". And some people already burn out on ss

It’s really not that bad by the way. Should you choose it out of the countless other programs? No. Is it that bad? No
