Weigh yourself daily, every morning. Plot a spread graph in Excel and add a linear trendline. Slope of the trendline shows your actual progress. Individual measurements are useless, because of things like water and fiber content of your digestive tract.

I'm 188cm/ 6'2" and 140kg/ 309lbs at 36% bf.
Have been lifting for 3 years now and do cardio 3-5 times a week.
I feel like I have the slowest metabolism ever.
I slowly reduced my caloric intake from 2700 to 2000 calories over the course of a couple weeks because I wasn't seeing any progress.
I track every gram of food I consume and do not "re-eat" the calories which I burn during my exercises.
And I'm still not loosing weight.
I even went to the doctor to get my blood checked but everything seems fine.
I don't know what to do anymore.
