Science of bone breaking

Using medical science and pyshics knowledge:how do i develop punches and kicks that can break any humans every bone? A cool low kick that breaks a k-1 shin,a cool hook that ruptures a boxing champ organ and breaks 3 ribs.
Do i punch and kick a metal barbell 10000 times a day for 180 days?

    Here's the thing about bones.

Yes they do increase in density if you bring them to a near fractured state, however, after around 30-35 you actively lose density even if you train. It just slows it down.

You will never be able to break a shin with your shin. If you've ever sparred and accidentally made contact you'd know that. Hit the bag, don't hit barbells or Poles like some kung fu social media moron

No you fricking dummy. You punch and kick soft things for several months and then gradually work up to harder things until you can kick metal poles with no damage. It works just like muscle building. Strike something very softly to cause microfractures in your bones. Let these recover. As they recover the bones get filled in with more and harder bone. Keep doing it. That's it.

Old school Kyokushin Karate schools used to have their students punch water, sand, trees, and all kinds of shit. They were renowned for their unmatched physical toughness and could punch through bricks and do all kinds of shit. They also didn't fraud their brick feats either. It was knuckle to brick and it was the straight dope, not the tricks they use today. It takes a very long time to build it up, but it is possible to do. Not sure if it has been researched in hiw to achieve maximum growth, but you can definitely do it, it's not a meme.

Your realise it was founded in the 60s right? Try uechi-ryu, shorinji kenpo, goju-ryu, any of the okinawan styles.

Bones are actually quite good at handling direct force due to their structure and surrounding tissue. Most fractures occur through sheer forces unless the bones are inherently weaker from osteopenia of some kind. Think of how bones break in sports -- its usually a bad footing position or a force applied to the upper body with a planted foot causing a directional shear that the bone can't handle.
If you're causing a direct impact from your limb that could break a bone, you would also likely break your bone.

I imagine he's thinking weidman/silva/macgregor style broken shin.

Very unlikely. Requires the perfect angle and, i would argue, bones weakened from roids. Even ernesto hoost never managed to break and shin like that and he tko'd multiple opponents by fricking leg check

Again, those guys didn't break their shins from pure impact. https://youtu.be/Hjow-hpKtoM

Creating micro fractures genuinely works. I’m pretty sure Bruce lee used to punch trees to the same effect

Yes anon, do it and do it as hard as you can, just like with lifting weights you want to kick progressively harder to make your kicks stronger.
