    1) hop on fin asap, cut until no love handles and fat belly. This will take minimum 7 months
    2) now you’re a skelly with shit posture. Grats. This is your new base. Now, eat maintenance. Nothing but whole foods, lifting HEAVY with plenty of protein
    3. Repeat this until visible muscle. You should now be 15-17% bf and look A LOT better but hold on we aren’t done fucker
    4) since you look human now your confidence soars. Amazing, now get a modern fucking haircut and only wear plain tees, stand up straight like you’ve just been fucked in the arse, lose the gamer posture.
    5) a year has passed and you are fuckable but it’s still not enough. Now, since you have muscle and don’t resemble a worm keep lifting heavy, and cut. Cut down to 10-12, should take 2 months MAX, at the end you are now a tall, white somewhat ripped guy. Cut until abs show.

Literally lift any fucking program 3 times a week, drink water, and stay away from junk food and soda. Do this for two years and you will start to resemble a man.
