Okay, next exercise idea, you take the two heaviest dumbbells you can lift and you lay down on the floor and put the dumbbells on your chest. Once you stop breathing is when the gains begin.

I must say I put too much weight... If this bar is 20kg, I added additional 15kg and I am a noob.
I managed the sets but my pressing strengths came from my back as well.

Doing a sitting OHP is easier than a standing OHP because you don't have to engage the muscles in the lower half of your body

That's a fair point, but I also love the imputbof the Anons concerning if there are advantages or disadvantages to seated vs standing.
well standing is the only one people are gonna ask you the numbers over. no one cares about ur sitting 1rm. and its the one used in powerlifting. thats pretty much it.
sitting is gonna let you lift more and you won't have to use back/legs/core as stabilizers so its better for isolating shoulders and hypertrophy.
