Does sedentary lifestyle cause severe fatigue, even with a good diet?
I eat good food (meats, eggs, vegetables and fruits, no sugar and processed foods).
I'm skinny (160lbs in 5'11)
I sleep 7/8 hours
2l water day
But I feel extremely tired throughout the day, especially after work (I work in a sitting office).
I'm a sedentary. Can this cause this huge fatigue?
I sit down at work all day, I sit down at home in front of the computer. I have a home gym so I barely walk to and from gym. I have no energy issues. Im 35.
So you're not sedentary and you don't have energy issues. Thanks for the input.

Yes
I eat a perfect diet, sleep 7-9 hours a night, work 40 hour weeks, strength train 4x a week, and I'm still tired. Get used to it, welcome to adulthood.
You should still at a bare minimum do some calisthenics and get 170 minutes of cardio per week, life will suck less
>work 40 hour weeks
do americans really ?
That's normal for 9-to-5 in most places. Where do you live where it's different?
France
Oh right that makes sense
Well not everyone has the benefit of a culture of laziness
Damn, what do you do? High-stress job?
programming in NYC, not too stressful
>job you can do from anywhere
>live in an expensive shithole
Lots of young pussy there
Yeah and I'm one of the lucky ones. I also make $230k before tax so it's worth it imo
You might have sleep apnea. Or low Vitamin D levels.
Possibly.
Lack of exercise also screws up sleep
Probably. I tend to feel more tired on days I don’t work out and often in the mornings a day after I worked out than ones I did.
