    Knees take an incredibly long time to heal. I'd give it another week before you feel any improvement. If it doesn't feel at least a little better, go to a doctor.

    My knee was sore and I figured it was because my right leg was over developed,my core and glutes were weak. Then I watched Tom Platz and copied his squatting form after a few days no more pain. Also stretching for 30mins

      Literally just stop squatting.
      Dont believe me? Try it for two weeks. Just do something else instead, like bulgarian split squat.

        i agree with this anon
        most people will just squat 5x5 or something do nothing else for their legs which will destroy them after some years

        stop squatting for a while and focuse on other leg exercises and rep patterns

        try statics, higher rep ranges etc.

        >lungs
        >split squats
        >dragonstance
        >goblet squats
        >pistol squats/shrimp squats
        >reverse and normal nordic curls
        >numerous leg machines
        >glut bridges

    It's been like 4 months for me and I still can't do proper squats. My dumb b***h doctor just said to use knee wraps.

    Go to physio or a sports med doctor if you don't see improvement after a full month imo
