Sensory deprivation during lifts

I already wear ear plugs (not headphones) in the gym to avoid listening to whatever moronic shit they have playing on the speakers. But now I want to utilize some kind of blinders so I'm not tempted to look around and just keep an intense focus on lifting and recovery between sets. As an added bonus, I think people would perceive that as super autistic and not try to communicate with me.
So what would be the best way to go about this?

the best way to go about this is to not do this moronic shit. you shouldnt need earplugs or blinders to be able to focus on what youre doing, if you really struggle look into mindfulness and acknowledgement of the stimuli around you without thinking about it.

I don't "struggle". I still go in, work up the intensity to get the lifts done, and go home. But I would prefer to make it a more meditative, less distracted practice until I can get a home gym set up.

honestly rock a bandana around your neck or on your forehead like a sweat band, pull it down for big lifts ?
alternatively sleep mask you wear on your head like goggles until you start the lift
    alternatively #2, fricking blind yourself.
drugs are also an option. i'd wager there's something out there that could make you insanely conscious of your self and nothing else, maybe disassociate and watch yourself lift, anon.

I already wear a sweatband on my head because my hair is longer but not long enough to tie it out of my eyes. I actually might just do this

Maybe you need to invest in a home gym or switch to calisthenics at home.

That wouldn't obscure my vision, though. It would just look cool if I wasn't too autistic to pull it off

You gotta wear the full-blackout blind guy sunglasses. Slap em on between sets. That plus earplugs = pure unstimulated recovery time. As bonus, you’d look like an absolute psychopath and people would stay far away

Watch yourself in the mirror. Check your moves to make it properly. Not mirin but analize.
