        anon, not saying the study is wrong, but its like saying that taking medicine for terminal cancer, causes death and not the cancer itself. People hop on diet soda because they already are fat, in hope that it will help improve the situation somewhat.

    Don't drink any soda or sugary beverages, including diet soda. If you're thirsty drink water or tea.

    around halfway to being jacked, you should get a good sense of if this is feasible to keep up or not, and if you are ready to commit making this the number one priority for a while, and if the answer is a no (which is a no for most) there is no shame in opting for a fit dad bod along the way

    but being really fat and obese should never be a valid option
