The problem with this movement is that you almost need special equipment for it, but if you have it it goes up to a 8-9/10 exercise

I like to use the gym one (Picrel) but using a barbell seems like a waste since you have to do a lot to properly set up (barbel, anchor, boxes, etc.

Different machines put the weight farther away from you or not. Think I only did 85lbs, maybe 100 with 3x8 or so after squats.
