    Those are a joke. Human dog food. You will curb your appetite with that trash regardless of it being high quality trash. Eat less lean. Eat slightly more. That's what's behind GOMAD. You net more calories with low protein high quality meals that follow a high protein entree. Muscle building takes huge energy. Your body needs to be overall anabolic (fattening) to gain.

    that weight gainer is mostly sugar and the cheapest possible protein.

    it's BETTER to eat actual food. do this by eating an extra meal at the time when you were considering drinking this weight gainer

    but, nothing wrong with using a weight gainer. most people go through that phase, although i personally didn't get much in terms of results from it.

    Nope alot of the brands are just a scam since the 80s. Those I cant speak for. Do what I did as a fk up. Eat cheese burgers and sodas, barely work out. You gain tons of weight unless you metabolism is broken or your sub 25 yo and running some rapid fast metabolism.

    Look up fancy restaurant menus and learn how to cook your favorite meals of just take a guess.

    The real secret is either making like 2000 calories worth or being fast and having similar mise en place aka prep for a few dishes. Can take like 10-15 minutes depending on what exactly it is some less.

      The secret to flavor is Monte buerre and veggies in chicken stock, more advanced sauces from beef and pork bones like 5 mother sauces and their derivatives.

      It's easy just to cook while watching TV and smoking weed and whatnot I usually do this long ass prep with like 30 second tops adjustments and shit while stretching and lifting.

      For now it's easy to get fat off general tsos (batter cubed chicken shallow fry hot) or onions sauce/teriyaki chicken, garlic veggies with butter, and white rice with Sriracha mayo.
