    There's only one way for us skinnyfats, anon.
    Cut or eat very closely to maintenance. Never bulk, lose the belly and love handles first.
    Do lots of Abs workouts, do stomach vacuums. Check ur blood work to see if there's hormones fucked up.

    Stop suggesting maintenance. There's a reason it's called maintenance, you are maintaining your bodyweight. If you want to recomp you have to go on a slight deficit not fucking maintain and waste time.

    Also imo OP should do a slow lean bulk.
