    There's only one way for us skinnyfats, anon.
    Cut or eat very closely to maintenance. Never bulk, lose the belly and love handles first.
    Do lots of Abs workouts, do stomach vacuums. Check ur blood work to see if there's hormones fricked up.

        Yes. Muscle requires more caloric demand than fat to maintain itself. The more muscle you gain, the more fat you will lose, if you keep the same calories.

    Stop suggesting maintenance. There's a reason it's called maintenance, you are maintaining your bodyweight. If you want to recomp you have to go on a slight deficit not fricking maintain and waste time.

    Also imo OP should do a slow lean bulk.
