Should I bulk or cut

I have been lifting for 3 weeks now. 169 cm tale 80 kg (morning).

        Massive for future solid muscular frame. Hit gym and lift hard while dieting with calorie deficit. You'll be massive frickin unit fr fr no cap. I can see it my dude. Do it!

          Thenk, means alot. Will try 500 calorie deficit. I hope I wont lose to much strength ... I fokus mainly on ohp and went from 35 kg for 10 ohp to 60 kg for 1 in 3 weeks.

    I am kinda scared to lose weight because I felt like shit when I lost weight in high school at 18 (Down to 60 kg). I already eat like one meal so idk how to reduce calories even more.

      You have a good frame. Definitely cut and put on some muscles. The latter half will be easier because of your weight.

    Im not a scientist, but in my opinion, you should lift hard as you can, for eating, eat good and dont eat too much, dont try to cut neither bulk, you need to build your phisique, when some mass are going to be developed you will see if the best options its to cut or bulk

    No abs? Cut, once you like the look, maintain, if you are feeling weak and pathetic, bulk. Repeat cycle.
