do bodyweight exercises first, you retard. Do tabletop rows working towards three sets of 12-15, pushups until you can do three sets of 12-15, and split squats until you can do 20 on each leg. You do it monday, wednesday, and friday with 1 minute break between sets. When all those goals are reached, consider weights.
