        do bodyweight exercises first, you retard. Do tabletop rows working towards three sets of 12-15, pushups until you can do three sets of 12-15, and split squats until you can do 20 on each leg. You do it monday, wednesday, and friday with 1 minute break between sets. When all those goals are reached, consider weights.

          and obviously 3 sets of the squats as well. If any of those are too difficult, like if you cant do 10 pushups yet, just search for progression exercises.
