Should I do a cut or keep bulking?

    You need another year in the gym putting o muscle at a minimum before you should even think of cutting. You have the muscle mass of a teenage boy and your chest is way undersized.

    Looking good IMO. You can cut but it will pause your progress for a while, decisions decisions. Not sure what's the season there but you could moderately bulk up to Spring and then cut for Summer like most of people.

        You look like you went up maybe 1 or 2 percent and added a few pounds of muscle. If you feel like you're getting obese when you look like this, then your body dysmorphia is on full blast, and you're a few steps away from an eating disorder. Gotta get your mental right OP.

                ok lmao, if you read my other thread you'd know what my problem actually is - lack of self-confidence.
                I don't think i'm too good for Tinder. I tried it but since I have no friends I only used an autist selfie. Still did decently and got some girls to agree to go on dates with me (I cancelled and unmatched) but you can only do so well with a close-up selfie of your face.

        Well, 77kg is a little light for 6' buddy. If I were you, I wouldn't go for a cut and start training the areas you are lacking like chest and back. After devoloping those areas, you will get into a better shape and you won't feel like a fat fuck

        You’re barely heavier than I am and I clock around 5’9, and I dealt with the same schizo thoughts as well. Ultimately everyone ITT is right, your perception is completely fucked and I say that as someone who is still the same. I unironically went an entire week before while working an active warehouse job eating almost nothing last year because I thought I was getting too fat at 155 with a 15% or so bodyfat. Cutting is only necessary if you’re a strength lifter on a heavy bulk, which neither of us are. It really is all in your head anon.

    In case it hasn't been made clear: no, do not cut. It's in your head, pick another target for PRs and don't even think about cutting until you hit that mark. Besides, it's going to be the holiday season soon and your attempt at cutting is going to be middling at best thanks to that.
