Doesn't matter unless your water is good quality.

A Unico Passata bottle is unironically the best water bottle.
    > glass
    > wide mouth for easy drinkin / cleanin
    > 2 bucks
    > comes with some tasty tomato sauce for free

soak in dish soap overnight and the tomato smell is just gone. People might fearmonger here that the metal lid has a plastic rim to help it vaccuum seal, but that's not what matters. What matters is your water isn't sitting in plastic all day.

if you get a quality plastic bottle (ie tritan) and you exclusively use it for water, it should be ok. just whenever you are washing it, do not use abrasive stuff.
otherwise, yeah. glass will always outperform plastic

You aren’t already doing that, bro? Donate blood too it helps remove microplastics. Don’t eat food that was heated in plastic. Avoid plastic as much as humanly possible, which I know is very hard is this israeli hellworld, even in your clothing.

micro plastic is in literally everything, scientists can't even find people free from it anymore, even babies in the fricking womb are exposed to micro plastic
but sure drinking out of the glass bottle will fix that
