    Obviously yes. If you find it hard to drop cigarettes then you should switch to an alternative way of getting nicotine. Nicotine itself isn't actually that harmful, it's the 100+ additional chemicals in cigarette smoke that frick up your lungs and cardiovascular system. Vape smoke can be just three ingredients (water, nicotine, PG or VG), and if you switch to lozenges like picrel then you can get the same amount of nicotine without putting anything in your lungs at all.

    Yeah, I got off smoking after 10 years by vaping. It's pretty easy to make the transition. Now I don't even vape very often. Pretty much just when I want to concentrate on something, or sometimes while I'm jerking off.

    vaping is worse than smoking. you're fricking up your lungs either way so it's better to not inhale any kind of smoke into your lungs

      Vapor isn't smoke, it's the same shit they use at nightclubs etc to produce fake smoke just with some nicotine and flavour in it.

      >vaping is worse than smoking
      This is an absolutely moronic statement. Most people in the medical field think vapes are less harmful, the best study to date concluded they're much less harmful, and it's just common sense that inhaling a mixture with just a few ingredients picked to be safe would be better than inhaling 100+ carcinogens.
      Of course, not inhaling anything would be best, but baby steps. Cigarettes -> vaping -> lozenges or gum -> patches -> nothing.

        The argument against that is you're putting flavored nicotine from a factory in China in to your lungs vs burning a plant with a shitty filter. Both are utterly moronic in my opinion. Just use Swedish Snus, patches, or quit.

          Obviously quitting is best, my argument is only that if you're going to inhale some kind of smoke, vaping is much better. I know it not just in theory but in practice too. I convinced my brother to switch to vaping and now he feels better, coughs less, doesn't get winded as easily, and isn't surrounded by a disgusting smell.

        >patches -> nothing.
        go straight to patches, it's retared to continue sucking a tube for inhaling chemicals when you can just get it into your bloodstream with a nicotine patch

    No. If you keep failing then just try again, and again, and again until you succeed.

    Yes, you should unironically start vaping.
    It's so much less harmful than cigarettes that if it will save you from one year-long relapse, it's a net gain over the course of your life.

    It works but just get a vuse alto or something that can fit in your pocket unlike your picrel, if you're new to vaping don't spend a ton on a mod or anything. I have mods also and they are nice but i mostly just use them around the house because I'm old and still like to drip on an RDA. It's how I quit smoking.
