I’m an actual woman using this thread to ask…
Is it so bad if I do machine only workouts? My social anxiety and no confidence in my form will not allow me to go to the free weights section. There’s machines for every body part at my gym

      >My social anxiety and no confidence in my form will not allow me to go to the free weights section
if you are an "actual woman" you can do pretty much whatever you want
      >There’s machines for every body part at my gym
Well different types of training are better for minmaxxing certain things so it depends on what you want to achieve

I think you gotta capitalize “i” when referring to yourself in a sentence. Like this: “I walked to the park.”
          Hope that helped. Good luck!

If you are a women then the Spartans believed that to raise strong children both of the parents need to be in peak physical condition. So yes you should lift.
If you are a troony, then lifting may cure you. So yes you should lift.

Yes women should lift weights you dummy. Should they be building stupid big muscles? Only if they want to, but guess what, the man physique that some talk about will usually not be reached anyways by most of them. So it's a non issue. They should build a certain level of strength and cardio. Strength in particular should be a strong enough back in case of them having a large breast size so it doesn't fricking hurt them. Why do I know this? Because I care about women and I love boobs. So in order for them to keep their boobs that many are also proud of, they should get stronger so that their assets don't fricking hurt them in the long run.

    Yes
    >why
my mom has been making gains at the ripe old age of... 66.
She is now running and moving better on the tennis court, while having a better metabolism and sleep.

Of course use higher rep ranges and train whatever goals she has, but basic bb training or strength training is great.

Most women are as out of shape as average men, or worse.
