Should you even prioritise training legs?

if your whole aim of going to gym is to look good/looksmax.
Rather than giving an entire day to legs it would be so much better to prioritize upper body throughout the week where you train chest shoulders back and arms
And for the legs you can do 4 sets of squats after your arm day to not have disproportionate legs but don't worry if you are natural you will never have a jacked upper body which looks completely different than your legs.

    I think leg training is still worth it
    1) Gain muscle you otherwise wouldn't & have a heavier scale weight at the same leanness, essentially granting you a higher caloric maintenance
    2) Leg training doubling up as some indirect cardio training (not perfect but certainly improves your cardiovascular health if you're not doing much cardio otherwise)
    3) Leg training doubling as stretching work that you'd otherwise skip, stretching your ankle, knee & hip mobility with weights essentially
    4) Building a perspective which makes upper body lifts even more enjoyable. If you forget what hard leg training feels like then soon your upper body sessions will feel almost as tough as a hard set on legs because your mentality has softened.
