Yes just switch the variations each day. Vertical chinups one day, wide grip pull ups the next, neutral grip after, etc. Same with pushups. Normal one day, then hindu, then diamond, etc. Keep switching the muscle that's being primarily worked and you'll be fine
No 50 each a day, 5 sets of 10.
Pull ups, dips, rows (or something similar i can put my pull up bar lower for rows), push ups, jump squats. In that order as a circuit 5x10 every day
Honest question, has any of you armchair athletes itt done any significant calisthenetics, or are you just talking out your ass?
Theres no way you can do a proper cali-routine without sufficient rest, or you're gonna become best friends with golfers elbow.
The excessive amounts of reps you need per workout is very taxing on your joints, something I never see you fricking dyels ever discuss.
This, you can do cali everyday but your intensity is basically 0 and don’t know what failure is. If you do a proper cali workout you can absolutely feel sore and make muscle grow, just a 4x12 sets of 30kg weighted pull up with 3 sec negative will absolutely wreck your back if done correctly. Same thing for advanced movements like muscle up, 1 arm pull up and front lever, you cant do those everyday without taking steroids/ never going to failure.
I feel like this board has become LARP central.
All the tards saying you should not rest have never worked out.
If you are natural you should 100% have rest days.
If you are doing normal well structured workouts you definitely should have rest days.
Pullups, Dips, Rowing, Pushups, also incorporate some squat variations and core work will leave you busted if you don't rest.
I dont work out at all except using my bike to get everywhere instead of my car. Also I stopped eating any sort of sugar, snacks, replaced soda with water and lost like 13 kg in half a year. Maybe I start lifting now
Yes, most calisthenics movements seem to be less taxing on the body.
Pull ups for example I can do them daily no problem

>black nipples
Yes. Pullup+dips only here. Gyms costs 90$ here minimum for the most basic and crowded ones, so frick that.
What does your workout look like?
High rep bodyweight dips and pullups. Black coffee kills my appetite so I forget to be hungry most of the time so I accidentally leanmaxx
Would you mind being more specific?
I mean in terms of reps, sets etc
50 of each in sets of 10 in a circuit. One minute between sets
Holy shit. You do 500 pullups and 500 dips a day?

What are your rep ranges and amount of sets like? How many days in a week do you rest for?
>leanmaxx
Fatceps and absolutely no definition on torso. Sorry to tell you this bro but you're not lean. At least not yet.
Do you live in Dubai or something? How the frick are they that expensive?
Extensor part of your forearms are lacking dawg. Do more dead hanging after your pull ups. looking good though you'd be a god with free weights
That's like asking if you're going to overtrain from doing the dishes every day.

such a fricking DYEL ngmi, ever heard of isometrics? OF course not, dyel go break your wrist tard.
You obviously dont know anything about physiology or the mechanics behind injuries, just shut the frick up before you embarass yourself more.
Just have one rest day for proper recovery each week, that's it, your numbers will soar.

Just write down a routine for frick sake.
5 to 10 sets to failure of pushups and pullups each supersetted, done once every 5 days MAX
or
1 set to failure of pullups/pushups/abs every day
What the frick do you do the other days of the week???
Browse IST, Reddit and jerk off tbh. Not much else to do. Been thinking of doing bjj but it's kinda expensive
