        2300. Trying to gaintain right now after not eating. So far so good.
        p.s. that's not my picture, but I use a big dutch oven and make 6lbs of beef chili at a time, then keep it in fridge and portion out as needed.

      lunch: ham and egg wrap // beef wrap (organ meat preferably)
      dinner: jerk chicken, rice and peas, roasted sweet potato, carrots, broccoli // chicken teriyaki, Japanese rice with sesame seeds, steamed, green beans, bean sprouts, cabbage, spinach

    Heard about this shizz from Scooby.
    My only concern is that I am super autistic about logging all of my calories and that's not so easy with meal prep. I want to be reasonably sure that what I'm eating has, say, 600 calories.

      Having to know things for certain is orthorexic and ultimately pointless as you'll never truly know your calories out or calories in depending on stuff like digestibility/bioavailability, differing fat amount in animal foods, water weight amounts in foods, old or incorrect calorie information in apps etc

    I don't meal prep because leaving cooked food in the fridge/freezer for longer than 36 hours massively kills the nutrients in the food.
    You're literally killing gains by meal prepping.

        It's better to prep in manner you can minimize cooking time.

    I made tikka masala to take as lunch for work next week. One portion is 78P, 18F, 100C, less than 900 kcal total. I split it into lunch and afternoon break. The trick in making macro friendly sauce is in using minimum amount of coconut oil for more saturated fat, chicken breast instead of thighs, zero fat greek yogurt and condensed semi skimmed milk instead of heavy cream. Also I use ton of ginger and onion so the sauce is thick af. It tastes better than most poo restaurants I’ve been to and the sauce itself has ton of protein.
