The nice thing about being in your thirties.
You've got a decade of lilfting already and you're at the natty limit so you no longer have to bulk.
I just ride 14% all year round. spring comes around i just cut out one snack and it drops to 11% and that's all i gotta worry about.
I fricking hated lifting in my 20s, trying to min-max everything.

Plz tell me this isn’t my natty limit. I’m 29, been lifting off and on since I was a twink 17 year old at 135lb. I never “seriously” lifted with barbells until I was 25-26. And in the last three years, I’ve only “seriously” lifted for strength and bulk for a few months at a time. Otherwise, it’s maintenance type training. When I “seriously” train and bulk, I go from 160/165lb up to 175/180lb and make rapid strength gains. It feels like I have so much further to grow. This can’t be the limit
Haha no, it's not the natty limit. I was just being nostalgic.
If you were seriously training and had been for years. you really don't lose muscle mass like people think. It's about finding balance. Because my life revolves around this lifestyle I know inherently if i'm eating enough, not eating enough, etc, etc. So I don't really lose muscle like that and I don't really fluctuate in weight.
However I'm pretty much at my natty limit. It doesn't take more than a few weeks to get back to my prs.
Gotta dig down and decide what you want in life m8. I gotta balance a lot outside of gym now so I can't go hunting numbers forever trying to forever become more and more efficient.
Checked. I feel you on the balance thing. I’m a musician, I like to ski, run, go hike, and paddleboard in the summers, and travel sometimes. So when I focus on other things like concerts or other active pursuits, lifting doesn’t get forgotten, but it isn’t optimized. I’ve never not been jacked by normie standards, but who knows if I’ll ever consistently put in the work to reach my muscular peak? This is my most successful bulk because I’ve taken it slow and steady instead of instantly gorging myself, but even now, I’m tired of eating so much. I’m looking forward to getting ripped in the summer and who knows if I’ll even try bulking again next winter

I’m not that anon, but I can attest to other stuff getting in the way as you get older. I’m 37, with a wife, two kids and a third on the way, work to get done and all that shit. I’m walking around at a bit over 200lbs at 5’11”, I’m not sure of my exact bf but probably about 15%. Lifting is something I try to keep up with, but my free time is virtually nonexistent compared to even 5 years ago, sometimes it has to take a back seat and I barely manage to exercise for weeks, or even months at a time. On top of that, I can really tell that my youth is behind me now. I have numerous niggling injuries that just don’t go away, if I do hurt myself it takes an absolute age to recover from. Might get my test checked after my third arrives, but I suspect that it’ll probably be fine and it’s just the effects of age and accumulated wear and tear. Would be nice to have a few pounds more muscle and a few pounds less fat, but I have other priorities.

I feel this, brother. The kids on here don’t understand it because we didn’t either at their age. It’s more than time (although that’s a big part of it) —when life is stressful and cognitively demanding, your ability to physically exert yourself goes down.
I own a business and get very seasonally busy; when I am at max capacity (like right now) I barely have time to shit and take the dog out, let alone get a lift in.
I’ve been able to lose weight during this time but only with a health coach with multiple daily check-ins. It has provided huge accountability on the diet side. On the lifting side, I am just holding on for dear life until after the holidays when I get back into the states.
It' absolutely is your natty limit. Exactly how do you think you will look like as natural? The next >10 years won't change your physique by any meaningful manner. And after that it's slow decline anyways. This is not demoralization btw, just stating facts.

Do you mean natural as in as a natty? Or do you mean how I would look if I didn’t lift? I don’t think this is my limit since I’m steadily getting bigger and stronger. I currently have bigger and stronger muscles at 175lb than I did last year at 180lb. I think I can put on a few more lbs of muscle overall and I think I can definitely grow my biceps and shoulders more since I never focus on them. I don’t think you’re trying to be demoralizing, I just disagree
>inb4 fatty
i can do 12 strict pullups, 3 wobbly muscleups, i do handstand pushup, front levers, etc
but those aren't impressive to normies, because they only care/understand about numbers
Ideal weight - 85kg (maybe will go lower depends on how I will look), 94kg atm, over 2 months.
Mostly cutting with kcal deficit, and some floor presses to get rid off boobs.
Lifting for 1.5 months (used to lift a while ago but never did anything too serious, just curlbro stuff).
Current weight 76kg
Starting weight 74kg
Devine puts my ideal body weight at 74kg but if I ever do get back to that weight I'll be doing it with 10kg less fat on my body and 8kg more muscle.
I think a more realistic goal weight for me is around 85-90kg. I don't know how fricking massive I'll have to get in order to get there but I think it would be nice in any case.

My body's in recomp so I haven't been dropping a ton of weight but much more definition. Yes, I could eat less and lose weight faster but I don't wanna lose muscle so I'm taking it slow.
>6'0
>200 lbs now
>165 lbs goal weight
I have a food addiction
5'6 height 150lb weight. I would be happy to stay my same weight but my goal is to bench press 315lb. I might have to gain some weight to do this.
190cm, 83kg. Would probably like to be 90kg from lean mass gain.
>25lb overweight
Oh no no no no
I could lose a little weight, I suppose
I bulk as well right now, but 4 months ago I was at my ideal weight, and it was nice, want to get there again but this time with a bit more muscles,
13% bf is all that I wish for

No that was me after 2 months of lifting after a cut with OMAD,
Redpil: even roiders angle-fraud for pictures
And normies will accuse you of roiding even after 4-5 months of lifting properly
Don't look at others, the only person you should strive to surpass is your past-self
He looks fine moron
Idk I think you look really good
Thanks brah, bro mires are the best mires
