Fuck you. I HATE eating, it makes me sick. I want to start lifting and I just think what's the point when the "bulking" part is fucking impossible. Trying to gain a single pound is a nightmare, my stomach is pathetic. Having to force myself to eat to the point of sickness and beyond just for the hope of putting on an ounce is torture. I puked on two separate occasions attempting a half gallon of milk despite pacing myself, I fell for the liquid calories meme and thought it would be easier, but no. I'm a 5'9 manlet and weigh 120 pounds, never in my life have I ever been over 130 pounds. I'm 23 years old and built like a little boy, even middle schoolers intimidate me.
How the FUCK am I supposed to gain when everything leaves me nauseated? Is there anything calorie dense that wouldn't be pure hell on my stomach? Is there no cheat code to this shit? This is a curse, I'm destined to be a skeleton for life.
