        >Google: books about urine therapy, urinetherapy forums even reddit quora etc
        >DYOR
You can take microdose of urine as drops under the tonge (sublingual) or you can drink it whole and some inject themselves. If you are gonna drink don't eat shit or too much shit, you know the typical shit coffee, too much red meat, processed food etc. Nevertheless you can use topical too without caring if you eat shit but the results aren't the same, in your hair it gets rid of dandruff and can help you to grow hair and make it thicker too. In your face/body would be like using an expensive cream. The most expensive creams for the face and the such have a key ingredient, that is urea, tho they use animal urea no human. Urine is mostly water and the second great percentage of it is urea, do the math Black person.

Donate blood. Your iron levels are too high, and the skin under your eyes is so thin when pools of deoxygenated blood sit there it creates the appearance of dark circles. Two or three donations in a short period (24 weeks) should fix it up and after that one donation a year will keep it nice.

It may seem like a lot, but half of the products I use are just moisturisers:
        >benton snail bee
        >vanicream moisturising cream
        >vanicream healing ointment
are all just for hydration. Tretinoin, azelaic acid, and panoxyl are all actives which can cause a lot of irritation, which is why I alternate their use daily and make sure that my skin is hydrated enough to tolerate them.

If I get symptoms of a damaged moisture barrier (stinging during product application, tightness, dryness, redness, etc), I will take a break from actives for a week and focus on moisture.

But anyway, you shouldn't introduce skincare products all at once, especially not actives. It can take a long time to find products that agree with your skin, as well as a frequency that doesn't irritate you. I'd start with a gentle cleanser, an oil cleanser (for sunscreen removal), a moisturiser, and a simple SPF and then begin to add more products/switch some products out to find a good routine.

Can you explain why they are important? The exfoliator and acid?

        Anonymous

        Not him, but:
        >Exfoliation
Tons of your skin cells die everyday, and exfoliation helps to remove that dead layer and reveal the fresh skin underneath. This also helps by allowing the rest of your skincare products to penetrate better. Exfoliation can be done physically (like with a scrub), or chemically (with an acid like salicylic acid and lactic acid). But it generally shouldn't be done everyday because overexfoliation will completely wreck your moisture barrier and irritate your skin. I would only exfoliate 2x a week maximum. Pic related is a really good chemical exfoliant that you can try. Will itch for a few mins as the acid does its work, though.

You can also do monthly chemical peels at your dermatologist's office, if you'd like. The only difference being that the acids they use are far stronger and will cause your face to peel off the dead skin like crazy for a few days afterward. But it's perfectly normal and safe.

        Anonymous

        And:
        >Acids
There are many different kinds, but most of the ones you'll hear about in skincare are related to exfoliating. You have BHAs (beta hydroxy acids, ex: salicylic acid) and AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids, ex: lactic acid). Very generally, AHAs help break the bonds that keep dead skin together, encouraging the dead layer to slough off. BHAs exfoliate by going deeper and unclogging pores. BHAs tend to be more drying and irritating, so you shouldn't use them very frequently.

Some acids like hyaluronic acid aren't for exfoliating at all. Hyaluronic acid is used for hydrating your skin because it retains a lot of moisture. Unlike exfoliant acids, you can use it everyday. People tend to use hyaluronic acid serums and then follow up with a good moisturiser and it's fantastic for dry skin.

Other acids like azelaic acid help treat redness/rosacea and acne with antibacterial properties.

          Anonymous

Exfoliators like the other guy said help get rid of old skin on your face so your face looks fresher and younger. The hylaronic acid helps keep in moisture because apparently moisture is the name of the game.

If your skin is already accustomed to differin, then yes it's fine. Don't use AHA every night, though, unless you want to irritate the hell out of your skin. Once or twice a week should suffice.

    > I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Cleansers, depending on how oily/sensitive my skin is feeling, from least to most aggressive:
    >CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser (Hyaluronic Acid)
    >CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser (Hyaluronic Acid )
    >CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser (Salysilic Acid)

Following Hyaluronic Acid, which can be drying, I apply Thayers undistilled witch hazel toner and let air dry

    Retinoid / Vitamin A
Adapalene gel, as tolerated. Can be irritating

Derminator every two or three weeks
Have only been using for a few months. It hurts like hell and is extremely irritating. Have tried depths between .25 and 2.5 mm, depending on the thickness of the skin on various parts of the face/neck. I have a genetic condition which makes my skin thinner than normal and inhibits collagen production, thinking about sticking to shallower depths

    Moisturizers:
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and Moisturizing Lotion (I like the cream better) for face and neck. I use whatever for my arms and legs, opt for brands without parabens or fragrance

    UV Protection:
I work outdoors but keep my face and neck bundled up like a mummy underneath several items of UV protective clothing, polycarbonate lense sunglasses (acryllic doesn't block UV as well- polarization doesn't effect UV, but I prefer it anyway) and a sun hat

All you need is a moisturizer, a cleanser, a retinoid, and UV protection

For me, it's sunlight. My face is always clear in the summer, and the tan looks good with my thick, curly hair, but I get spots and zits in the winter. I need to start tanning during the cold seasons.

I used to have a routine if you could call it that but it just seems random whenever my skin would be "glowing" and "dewy". I exfoliated twice a week and try to moisturize daily and nightly. I think the only real way to look nice all the time is just have a stress free life lol.

How do you reverse sagginess? My cheeks are losing elasticity and im getting nasolabial folds which is the #1determinant of aging poorly

Cheap method would be to use a dermaroller. If your cheek bones aren't that prominent then sorry bro, your skin is gonna sag faster. Hyaluronic acid fillers can restore fullness in that region. Same with nasolabial folds. Stop smoking btw.

I already took roaccutane a few years ago for my cystic acne, worked fine

    Now my acne is back

I recently started taking a multivitamines and it seems to have an effect (or maybe it's placebo)

I think having oily skin is a blessing.
If I simply keep washing ym face 2x a day wih plain water and maybe some minimum of soap, I have perfect skin at age 35

Lel he looks like kurt Cobain in the right pic

And unironically the basic shit is the best for skincare, just use some actual face wash as opposed to putting shower gel on your face. Exfoliate twice a week two
