Hard to tell because I didn't know much about nutrition at the time. I just knew that cheese had a lot of protein so I started eating a lot more cheese while limiting stuff like bread and sugar.

None cause I only had two dumbbells that went up to 15kg. The closest I would describe my routine at the time was dumbbell only full body workout 3 days a week. All the above go to show that as a beginner you don't have to obsess over optimisation, consistency and a normal protein intake can carry you throughout your first months.

You have to eat clean and lift. That's it. Doesn't matter if you do it at a slight surplus, or slight deficit. If you eat clean and lift you'll make it.

skinny"fat" is still fat. It's just a form of fat where you have no lean muscle mass. But most skinnyfats are 20-25% bodyfat MINIMUM even though it might seem unbelievable.
