I have an issue where I wake up in the middle of the night (like 4 a.m.) and can’t get back to sleep. I still manage to function the next day, but I’m definitely missing out on some of them sleep gains.

Melatonin. Waking to natural light (buy a warm light alarm clock). No screens an hour before bed. No sugar or caffeine a few hours before bed. No eating a few hours before bed. Room temp 70 or below. Wash your fucking sheets.

I have an 11 hour time commitment because of work (5am to 4pm, includes commutes and getting ready in the morning). I don't feel like working out after but I definitely have the time to. I never miss out on my 8 hours of sleep, except maybe tonight because I'm going to go give some guy head.
Waking up before 7-8 hours is usually caused by
a) you being retarded and consuming stimulants ~6 hours before bedtime
b) not being tired enough
If a, then don't be a retard.
If b, then just get up no matter what (you slept like 3 hours), you will feel like shit during the day but will become so tired at night your only option will be going to bed and getting your 7-8 hours
You can fix it by following the 10-3-2-1 rule
No caffeine 10 hrs before bed
No food 3 hrs before
No work 2 hrs before
No light screens 1 hour before bed
