I can only sleep 4 hours at night. I feel like my gains are slowly going away

How do I fix this? I'm a wagecuck and work 10 hour shifts, there's not enough hours in a day

    I have an issue where I wake up in the middle of the night (like 4 a.m.) and can’t get back to sleep. I still manage to function the next day, but I’m definitely missing out on some of them sleep gains.

    Melatonin. Waking to natural light (buy a warm light alarm clock). No screens an hour before bed. No sugar or caffeine a few hours before bed. No eating a few hours before bed. Room temp 70 or below. Wash your fucking sheets.
    There now you can sleep, unless you have some kind of fucking condition, in that case go to a fucking doctor and not IST

      I've been fasting for 6 weeks and get wired up like a mofo, I can go days without sleeping and still feel good.

    I have an 11 hour time commitment because of work (5am to 4pm, includes commutes and getting ready in the morning). I don't feel like working out after but I definitely have the time to. I never miss out on my 8 hours of sleep, except maybe tonight because I'm going to go give some guy head.

    Waking up before 7-8 hours is usually caused by

    a) you being retarded and consuming stimulants ~6 hours before bedtime
    b) not being tired enough

    If a, then don't be a retard.

    If b, then just get up no matter what (you slept like 3 hours), you will feel like shit during the day but will become so tired at night your only option will be going to bed and getting your 7-8 hours

    You can fix it by following the 10-3-2-1 rule

    No caffeine 10 hrs before bed
    No food 3 hrs before
    No work 2 hrs before
    No light screens 1 hour before bed

    It’s hard but it works

    Ask your doctor about Seroquel XR, the first time I took it i had the best night sleep I ever had.
    Makes bulking easier too.

    Train at least 12h before your bedtime
