Sleep

Is it normal that once you enter adulthood, you never actually feel rested and wakes up multiple time a day?

>Bloodtest including vits, minerals, hormones and everything else
>Home apnea test
>No screen 1h before sleep
>Prostate checkup
>Exercice daily for weeks
>Changing everything in my room, trying to sleep at the hotel
>Checking in for allergies or something up with my nose

Idk if its normal to actually yawn 6-7 time a day and start being tired after only few hours

Idk how some people function with low sleep consistently.

Shit idk how to even wake up in the morning anymore. I started sleeping on the floor which has helped, but I’ll just wake up and move to my bed where I scroll for a while until my body stops feeling heavy. There was a time I would wake up at 4am sharp no alarm and just jump out of bed to start the day.

The length of my sleep is random. Can either sleep only 3h after a full workout day exhausted or sleep 12h without doing anything in particular

Recorded a video of myself: no snoring, no mouth open, breathing normally and only changing side each hour

Weirdest thing is before i finished my puberty, i never had this problem! Even naps or sleepless night were perfectly fine. But now i never woke up normally. My eyes are always dry, stomach hurts, bladder hurts, yawning constantly, trouble focusing, very weird

Do you snore or have other symptoms of sleep apnea? It can go unnoticed because you yourself will be asleep when the primary symptoms are apparent

I guess you checked, so it doesn't seem easily diagnosable

Are you a man of wealth and means? Getting the latest model apple watch will allow you to monitor heartrate and blood oxygenation overnight, but it's pretty pricey for a long-shot check. Might still be cheaper than american healthcare for the same cause though

I do not snore or only a few time in my sleep. Home test and camera recording shows it. Asked my mother multple time to check on me too

Isn't there something cheap than apple watch? It wouldnt bother me to buy one but reselling there sucks as it would takes me months and only for half the price in case i don't need it anymore

My ability to sleep was always great until about age 34 or 35. Around that time my stess level went sky high due to work etc, started drinking, and ever since then even with no more drinking it's never been the same.

However, I've been on TRT and mk677 for a few weeks, and my sleep quality has definitely significantly increased. Might want to try that

My testosterone, estrogen, cortisol etc are all within the good range and MK677 seems for HGH but idk if i have a deficiency, would cost a ton to check it tho

fuark and many of these issues are caused by poor diets, malformed dental arches etc...
I see ipad babies in restaurants sometimes, or kids in public glued to screens with big headphones on, watching youtube or whatever, and I wonder how they will turn out, what is their circadian rhythm like. as a kid i had an ipod touch and i would watch youtube until 3 or 4 in the morning most nights, probably through most of elementary school. I wonder what permanent effects this has had on me

Decreased attention span and myopia for sure, people would rather watch someone playing a video game than them even if its some easy AAA that only ask you hit 2-3 button

Still wondering if it might be due to a bad gut health, as i'm constnatly having trouble (weird smell when i poop/pee, bowel movement weird, bladder too)

            Checked too:

            Ultrasounds
            Scanner
            Bloodtests

Still no clue what i might have, not even H Pylori. Have been taking Kefir with probiotic for a while but so far no change

        Wait until you have kids

        >Idk how some people function with low sleep consistently.
I do it a lot between work demands and the aforementioned kids and it's horrible. You can do it and get used to it after a while (in terms of how sleepy you are) but the brain fog, etc. gets out of hand

this is the most insidious killer of modern civilization, the destruction of sleep. I have this issue in bouts, especially during the winter. I wonder if for me it's sun exposure, or other hormones in the body. anyhow modern approaches to sleep are strange evolutionarily, not uncommon for peoples living near the equator for example to wake up before sunrise, work until midday, then sleep for many hours, wake up and work until sunset, eat dinner and then sleep. In this way they get many hours of sleep and avoid hottest part of the day. Some people suggest truly restful sleep includes waking up for 1-2hrs in the middle of the night. i wish we were more able to experiment like that but with 9-5 cuck reality most people cannot and live shite lives of basically insomnia
sorry for blog post...I cannot help you, only commiserate.

      Its nice

Pretty sure a lot of people have some sleep disturbance, but since the test are expensive you won't see people taking them after all the most common causes:

      - Fat tissue around neck
      - Narrow airway
      - Small bite/jaw/chin
      - Allergies
      - Nose deformity like septum, enlarged turbinate
      - Acid reflux
      - Too high/low humidity
      - Screen exposure before bed

There is not even a fix for the other causes. Like take my exemple, since the end of my puberty i had all of thsoe. Ruled out everything BUT the hospital test

If i take it and it shows problem, what could the doctors do? Nothing! Because if its not the classic "OSA" that people usually have or narcolepsy then you can take your leave

How far do you live from a cell phone tower?
Do you turn off your wifi and put your phone into flight mode before bed?

I don't hate it but splitting the labels for the symptoms was definitely a bad decision

Sleep like a log fully stretched it's uncomfortable at first but you quickly get used to it,i always feel rested when I sleep like that but when I curl or put my hand behind my pillow i always feel like shit

      Will give it a shot

I have a good night’s sleep if I am in a dark, quiet, cold room and haven’t drank water too close to my bedtime. Otherwise, I wake up every three hours or so. You may have an issue with any of those variables, anon.

I usually drink water before i go bed. I pee, i go drink less than a glass and then i sleep
