>go to bed at 10 PM every single day
>"naturally" wake up at 3-4 AM every single day, no alarm clock or anything
>I'm tired as fuck but cant sleep more hours because my body wakes me up for some reason
How do I fix this? I want to sleep 9 hours straight
Ashwagandha has the potential to help stuff like this, because of its cortisol lowering effects. Your body massively spikes cortisol in the morning and wakes you up.
You could also try stuff like extended release melatonin, doxylamine, low dose mirtazapine or ultra low dose quetiapine.
>Ashwagandha
Not OP but what's the dosage and when do you take it? Right before sleep? With your dinner or on an empty stomach? I suffer from the same shit that op has but with an extra
>If I fall asleep before 10 PM I would wake up at 1:30 AM
>If I fall asleep after 2 AM I would actually sleep 8+ hours but for work related issues it's not feasible.
This is purely anecdotal but that stuff gave me insane stomach cramps for 2 weeks straight until I realized it was causing it. Do be warned.
This
I felt a tiny bit better at the cost of shitting brown water
Don't let the sleep garden gnome steal your life gains
Ona also died at like 55 from not getting enough sleep
Don't listen to what his turkish detractors say Onassis rose to the top of every strata of society
And he wished he hadn't..
>what are myths that successful people tell you to fail?
staying awake is not the same as sleeping less. sleep is essential.

Ye bro don’t sleep, and let your muscles grow. so you can stay dyel forever
Your forced meme attempt will never catch on. You’ve been trying for over a year.
I have a theory that randomly waking up during sleep is an adaption to having children and getting woken up many times a night to care for them.
Men in nature are not supposed to take care of children.
>Men don't raise children
Incorrect. Also a pack leader would defend the pack from threats and other males.
Embrace being a sleep deprived man. Use the extra hours to learn something useful. Go for a run at 4 AM, or take an early morning ride in the empty streets
Its better than just laying on bed shitposting
you're probably stressed as fuck and need something to regulate that.
go to a psychiatrist if you're a pussy or start drinking
>Your alarm is set for 2 hours and 11 minutes from now
I live for that shit. Sometimes I do it just for fun.
Most sleep issues are related to your gut. Try eating really bland, easy to digest foods for a few days.
Me too. That's why I'm awake right now. It's a fucking horrible curse. How am I supposed to live a normal life this way. Been the case for the last ten plus years and makes it hard to have a regular job and also leads to using substances to feel less tired and shitty. I wish anyone had the answer. Tried the sleep hygiene shit. Tried various sleeping pills (they tend to help but not last for the full 8+ hours I would like to sleep).
I guess MAYBE it helps with bulking since I can get an extra meal in but I would do about anything to fix it
Disgusting hotel owner promoting an overpriced product.
Have you tried zzzquil?
That's a form of insomnia that is psychological and common tips&tricks&magic plants won't work.
You need to find your peace and place in the world then you'll sleep like normal
Why do you say that?
Because this form of insomnia doesn't respond to the usual treatments of sleep hygiene etc. and everyone who has it can testify about this
PSA: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SLEEP FOR 8 OR 9 HOURS STRAIGHT
IT IS OKAY TO WAKE UP AND THEN GO BACK TO SLEEP AGAIN
Look up "second sleep" and "sleep cycles"
The idea is that people have a 45 minute sleep cycle where we dip into deep sleep and REM and then go back up to more shallow sleep, and it is possible to wake up at the end of a sleep cycle and that's not a problem
Also naturally people wake up in the middle of the night and get an hour or two awake before the tiredness kicks in again. This is a good time for sex, visualisations and creative pursuits because your brain is still producing theta waves
oh nice i always thought it was problematic that i wake up every couple of hours and toss around and drink water or go to piss then sleep again
>inb4 dont drink water before bed
i get dehydrated otherwise because i eat dinner late (can't fix this)
Look up the dawn phenomenon, it's associated with diabetes. Maybe your blood sugar levels are on the verge of being fucked
>be 34
>be dealing with Prostatitis since 30
>progressively gets worse and worse
>don't drink anything past 4pm
>go to sleep at 1am
>wake up at 3am to pee
>wake up at 6am to pee
>wake up at 8am to pee
>alarm goes off at 10am
Every single night, seen a dr, meds don't do shit and or the side effects almost kill me. Ask if they can just take it out and am told no unless it has cancer which it doesn't. They wanna do a thing where they put a blade down the urethra and cut holes on the sides to open the flow but also don't wanna do it because of my age, it will also make it so when I ejaculate my cum will shoot into my bladder instead of out so if I decide I want kids that will prob be fucked.
fuck do i have this too? i wake up 2x a night, always at the same time, to pee. i lost a lot of weight and it wasnt like this when i was really fat but ever since im normal weight this has been creeping up from 1 to 2 times a night, sometimes even 3

Have you considered going to bed earlier and getting up at that time? Maybe at 7/8
jack off as soon as you wake up
then listen to asmr and drift off into the void
try the lifting part
I sleep better after blasting amphetamine or alcohol than sober. Wtf is wrong with me?
