I litteratly do none of this and still have trouble sleeping. Sometimes getting legit 0 hours a night. I have 'adhd' and it's very hard to relax. I can even daydream for hours in bed without actually sleeping

nta but i think a night of bad sleeps makes me feel cursed and i keep a bad streak of sleeping. Now for the past week im not being able to sleep, and my schedule is literally go to bed at 12 at midnight and manage to sleep at 6 in the morning and wake up 2 in the afternoon.

I maybe have to try melatonin. Also 2 weeks prior my sleep was perfect btw lol. does anyone have that pepe sleep guide

It's some kind of anxiety for sure. I have to all the time but I'm not actually anxious, my brain just goes fast

I do all of these things and sleep like a baby, the trick is in doing stuff through the day, do your homework, write your work report, go visit your grandma, etc

    >lose weight
    >sleep becomes 200% worse
    >insomnia
    >can only sleep 3 hours before waking up
The only thing that improved is that when I wake up I'm so tired I can fall asleep right away.
    Still annoying.

A week into creatine and now I wake up at 7:15 am, a full hour before I usually do. Not too bad, kinda nice effect actually.

I'm glad someone finally said it. Force feeding yourself 4000 calories would be second.

Anyone who can fall asleep easily is either insanely low iq, a woman, or a legit sociopath.

Based and I've thought the same before. Especially when people do shit like falling asleep while watching a movie or something

Glycine + theanine + magnesium. Even a slight reduction in calories over a week seems to frick with my sleep. The above combo + meditation 30 mins before bed has helped bigly.

Blue light blocking glasses helped on top of supplements. They’re less than 10 bong and you only wear them for an hour before bed.
