    Literally nobody knows how to sleep properly. I tell my doctor I feel like shit after 8 hours, so he tells me I must just need to get more sleep. Now I get 10 hours and feel better, but I basically have no time to do anything anymore because I have a full-time job. I spend all my time sleeping, and my doctor thinks this is a good thing.

    Not allowed to do anything. Just eat, sleep, work, die. I hate society.

    Well in my experience, don't drink a large can of energy drink after 10pm, thats for sure.

    If you use unisom or something, drink a lot of water with it. Shit always dehydrates me somehow and wake up with massive headache

    >consitant sleep and wake time
    >no caffeine after noon
    >no alcohol
    >cold, dark room with an eye mask
    >wash sheets and pillow case at least once a week, sometimes more
    >lift and cardio during the day
    >last meal is a couple hours before bed, higher protein and low or no carbs
    >bedtime routine of brush teeth, wash uncut penis, read and pray
    thats whats worked for me. the biggest difference I found if if I get cardio in or not, if it's a lifting day I just make sure to walk more
