      Nothing works for me. I sleep 3 to 5 hours a night.

      I used to take mirtazapine, but it stopped working, so now I just suffer.

      A blood test said that I have a vitamin D deficiency. I'm working on curing it now. In my fantasies, doing this will eliminate my insomnia.

        Nope. I'm able to fall asleep easily, but I cannot stay asleep for a full night.

          From what I understand there are either short 20min (nap) or long 90min (deep) sleep cycles and everyone wakes up shortly between them but most people don't remember it. Some people's brains start racing and they're unable to fall asleep again. I find that putting my brain in passive mode listening to podcasts help a lot with that.

                Being aware of your dreams simply means you were woken during REM sleep. You can not dream at all and have perfectly healthy REM cycles.

      It relaxes me. I prefer CBD for specifically that, but ashwagandha acts on GABA where as CBD doesn't.
