What's your choice posture for sleep? Does the image depict your life choices/events well? Also would like to know your bench, deadlift and ohp. Got my Bench to 2 plates in a year one time, its piss easy, I don't train for strength as I did mostly bodybuilding/endurance type work, these days just for health and long term fitness.
D except with my arms over my head until they start to fall asleep. Not very indicative of my life choices by that description. I'd say my sleeping posture reflects feeling safe in my bed, very open and vulnerable. I typically fall asleep drunk.
I don't do barbell stuff but my bench and ohp are 70lb per arm, and my dead is also 70lb (heaviest kettlebell I own).
I also train for health and long term fitness, but I admit I have a weakness in my regime for cardio and should start running or cycling a couple days per week.
Usually I cross my arms under the blanket to help me warm up due being cold at night here, if its warm I lay them flat typically.
I used to sleep on my stomach but now I sleep on my side. I am trying to train my self to sleep on my back but it is hard. I started taking melatonin to help but it hasn't worked yet.
A
because for some reason if I try D (which is far more comfortable) my heart will skip a beat/freak out as I fall asleep jolting me awake
don’t think it’s sleep apnea because I don’t gasp/actually fall asleep and I’ve had it my entire life
A because I have side pain so laying on my side is uncomfortable
completely unironically, D. I also don't toss and turn whatsoever. I awake in the EXACT position I fell asleep in. I actually had a sleep paralysis onset the other night. I woke up from a dream within a dream, realized I was unable to move, and thought the demons must be coming soon, so I started wiggling my toes vigorously and woke up with my heart pounding. Pro tip, boys. You ever find yourself unable to move in a sleep paralysis situation, just focus on wiggling your toes.
> Wiggling the toes will chase away demons.
lmao, good joke anon.
I sleep like this after a year or so of memeing and sleeping on the floor, except I put my hand under my armpit to support my shoulder more. Wake up probably every 45 minutes and switch sides. It's mondo comfy
D
but i place my hands on my belly, not my chest
same but i put my hands around my body.
i genuinely cant sleep in any other position
C with the blanket over my head so i can stay hidden from any threats while having a good view of the surroundings
I need to be in the most tight, crumpled fetal position possible with a body pillow between my legs and elbows, nothing else works.
Who or what hurt you? Did you get physically bullied so bad you have to be afraid of being hit in your sleep?
sexually abused by my dad most of my childhood (happened in my bed), but I never considered that might have something to do with it. fuck
Pic related.
D, but I often switch to C and then B
D gives me reflux problems, so does C. So my left arm in C is often overburdened
And I get mega nightmares lying on the stomach, so that's out of the question
Left or back. I get really bad heartburn on my right side.
Hugging my wife (not really, it's summer and way too hot)
Hugging my pillow to simulate the warmth of another person.
I did this when I broke up with my ex. Eventually I burned the giant teddy bear that I cuddled with.
B, C and D.
Unless D is on your stomach.
Sometimes I like to sleep with a hoodie. The idea of being hidden appeals to me. Sometimes I envision being tucked into a concealed tent out in the wilderness with strong weather, or a small compartment in a high rise overlooking a ruined city.
A and for some reason I like to put my arm under my chest
C masterrace here
All of them plus some more complex ones around fifty times a night each.
Needless to say I don't get much sleep and live a miserable life 🙂
I do all positions before sleeping. I don't know which position I'm in when I sleep.
>fetal position
later, virgins
D
Tiger knee style
That's actually kind of nice sometimes.
Same, mostly like it because of the stretch. I should probably stretch properly before bed to be honest.
Came to post this. I don't have a wall side because my bed does not touch a wall. Sort yourself out op.
Super comfy
>Will not fall down
Never in my life have i fallen out of bed, or off the couch or anything and I have never been worried about it lol.
I sleep with my arms under my pillow, but I have very loose joints and when I wake up, I have to pop my arms back in because they fall out of joint. I'm worried as I get older this will be more problematic
B and D because it stand for Big Dick
start A, end up B or C by morning. I set an extra alarm to turn over to the other B or C, then a second alarm to go to D. This has prevented those "slept weird" back aches I used to get sometimes.
435 bench, 655 deadlift, 285 ohp
B or C
Bench is 150 kg
Deadlift is 220 kg
Ohp is 105 kg
B/C falling asleep, A when im waking up
bench 315lbs
squat 405 lbs
dead 475 lbs
All 1rpm
D. i used to suffer from insomnia and on the off chance that i got any sleep i would have nightmares or sleep paralysis. it doesnt happen s much anymore though
I sleep on my right side because I cuddle with my gf that way. Used to be a back/belly sleeper tho.
I used to do that but I kept getting a boner so I couldn’t sleep. Didn’t matter if I had sex right before bed.
That happens sometimes too but I really struggle to sleep without spooning with her anyways at this point. It's too cozy to not do it.
all of them
>bed against wall
enjoy your ominous dark energy and bad luck, gay
I sleep like D with my arms crossed over my chest like I’m in a casket.
A is literally the only comfortable way I can sleep. My body rejects all others even though I want to do D. D also give me beck pain no matter how I adjust the pillow, including 0 pillows to 3.
on my stomach cause its suppose to give the most vivid dreams. bp is 235 3x10 ohp 135 3x6 DL 310ish idk I dont really DL or much legs cause it affects my cycling too much.
I sleep standjng straight up in a front double bicep pose
For me, its D
