I did it a bit when I was a younger lad, can't say I'd recommend it. Also done lifting on amphetamine, which was nice in a way but you sweat like a fricking fatass and it feels like your heart will explode. Took mushrooms and went on a long bike ride once, perhaps not the best exercise I've ever but it was a fun experience.
I drink hash milk (basically drinkable edible) before weightlifting and bouldering. Significantly enhances my performance and helps me visualize my technique both cognitively and intuitively. Muscle memory + control.

I like doing little pump work while high but never tried it for actual heavy compounds, hows it like?
