Anyone smoke a spliff pre workout?

Seems to give more more endurance and muscle connection

    i don't smoke often at all, so when i do try this it just weirds me out and gives me anxiety.

    makes me less likely to finish all my sets lol.

        Try sobering up for more than a day and see how much it fucks you up.
        The only people who can be fully functional (ie do normal stuff out in public) on weed are potheads that smoke it every day.

    I like it, gets me in a good mindset to concentrate on my lifts and meditate. Normally I would smoke half a joint as preworkout and the other half as post for muscle relaxation

    Only if I'm already energetic and ready to go. If I'm low on energy, it completely saps me and I usually have a shitty workout or stay home

    God i wish i could smoke still, i smoked from like 17-22 and i felt so great, energized as hell, (spritual) but not in a faggy way. but now when i smoke i feel extremely low T, lethargic and anxious. what gives bros? and yes ive tried diff strains, methods etc all the same

    Used to smoke before during and after. Loved it made it more fun, but was home gym master race now I go to a gym so I don't sperg plus stoped smoking as much. Loved doing mauy Thai whilst hight though

    tried smoking preworkout. the powder kept wanting to fall out of the wrapper and the smoke tasted like how burning engine coolant smells and burned my lungs. I almost certainly gave myself some kind of disease that will kill me in 60 years
