Seed oils aren't bad. Period, full stop. Eating in caloric excess of anything, which is easy to do with processed food products which contain seed oils (but will occur too with saturated fats as well) will lead to bad outcomes. But if you are cooking with canola oil vs beef tallow isocalorically, it is unlikely to affect you and what effects occur seem to be good outcomes as determined in prospective and randomized controlled trials.

don't listen to these morons, they want you unhealthy. when it comes to nutrition, less processing is generally better, and seed oils are ridiculously processed, thus it is bad for you. we dont even need to have a deeper discussion to realize this

I'm sorry moron but chemistry exists. Your appeal to "nature" is not only wrong but it's stems from your unwillingness to learn.

Small quantities of nuts are fine. Think 1 handful a day max. It does stand to reason that if seed oils are in fact bad, then seeds are not ideal either

This is not true, polyunsaturated fats suppress the thyroid and lower energy levels while saturated fat is an antioxidant and improves thyroid function.
The reason that plants and aquatic organisms produce polyunsaturated fats is because they have to live through cold environments where saturated fat would make them too stiff to function. However these polyunsaturated fats oxidize quickly in land mammal tissues and create toxins which is why they, as well as tropical plants, produce saturated fat endogenously.

        you dont understand!
The reason I'm a frail fat b***h with mental problems, gyno and low testosterone is because seed oils!
It has nothing to do with sitting in a dark room 20 hours a day playing video games and jacking off to anime porn since age 7.
        ITS. THE. SEED. OILS.
Before we know how bad seed oils were, we blamed it on corn syrup. Before that we thought it gluten. Before that we thought it transfat and before that we thought it was saturated fat.
But know we know for certain that the reason I am a fat 35 year loser who wears a batman tshirt is becaus israelites snuck seed oils into our food

they are. multiple highly controlled human RCTs demonstrated they increase mortality and cancer

Not necessarily. Seeds obviously don't want you to eat them, so make sure you soak them first, just like if you plan to eat kidney beans, you soak them to get the toxins out. Seeds oils are industrial waste trash that have to go through a deodorization process because of how rancid they are.

      what toxins specifically?
If you send them to a lab for analysis what toxins would they find and in what amounts?

I thin one of the biggest misunderstandings about "seed oils" is that people believe that they are bad for you because they are processed, and thus the natural seeds, or even cold-pressedand unprocessed seed oils are held to be completely healthy.
The problem with seed oils does NOT lie in the fact that they are "processed", but because polyunsaturated fats are inherently unstable and toxic in themselves. The only healthy fats are saturated and monounsaturated fats, which the body produces endogenously.

Do seeds contain bleach in them?

Its like orange juice, the juice sucks since its just water and sugar. Oranges are nice because there's the rest of the stuff too.
You're not eating massive amounts through seeds and nuts since you geberally just eat a handful but you are chugging gallons of the shitty oils through modern food and that is the problem.

Yes. It does not matter whether they are processed or eaten whole, any polyunsaturated fatty acid will oxidize in the body and produce harmful chemicals (aldehydes, prostaglandins, etc.). The only good seed oils are coconut oil and other tropical nuts that have a high satfat content and low PUFA content.
