So after i workout my biceps and forearms, I get this pain in the area where the distal bicep tendon is located.

When i raise contract my arm (flex bicep for example) it feels like either my tendon or blood vessel knots itself, it feels like its about to snap. Its very uncomfortable and hurts like a b***h if I dont straighen out my arms. Pretty sure something is gonna snap if i keep it in a contracted position. Hurts like hell.

whats going on? a day after and its fine.

    right here. if i contract my arm into the same position as in the pic, it feels like something is about to snap. either the blood vessels or the tendon.

    i have to straighten my arm out immiediely, hurts like shit.
    it does not occur during the workout, only some time after.

      Use very small weights and do sets of 20-30 reps, this promotes bloodflow wich enhances recovery.
      Do it on a rom that doesn't cause pain then over time increase the ROM as long there is no pain.
      Abstain yourself from using heavier weights until the pain is at most 4/10 then you can start easing back into harder exercises slowly as long as the pain doesn't go any higher.

        This has helped me before with tendon pain. I notice pros doing this too.

        There is no pain during the workout, and whenever this happens (always after workout) the pain level is always the same.
        I can do low reps all day and it wont happen. But if i push it, then it comes.

          Why homies ask for help and then ditch anything no matter what they are told.
          High repetition training improves recovery even if there is no pain during your workout but fine do whatever you want.

          I will also mention when i contract my arm the pain comes gradually and increases. Feels like something is knottimg itself tighter and tighter and i feel resistance when straightening out my arms.

      struggled with it for a long time, doesnt help to take weeks long brakes from the gym.

      only ever had this issue after working out.
