So from what I'm reading rabbit starvation is actually ammonia poisoning from eating too much protein. I get most of my calories from carbs. this wont happen to me. 20g it is

wrong, the fat you eat is the fat you wear, you can eat up to 3000 kcal and lose weight if you keep your dietary fat <10 grams
