    I'm not actually, I train one set to muscular failure and the gains are great, on average about 4,4lbs per month, not all of it is muscle obviously but I see myself grow from workout to workout and that is all that matters.

    I did change a few things about his programme though, but mostly minimal stuff.

      nothing wrong with that. I think his most important contribution was finding out how much rest is actually needed and that complete failure on a set is what stimulates the growth response. Many ways to go about that

      This is true though.
      You can be on the broest brosplit with the shittest form and have a shit diet, you'll still make more progress in less than a year than a natty on the ideal routine/diet/form in 10 years.

    he was already bench pressing 400lbs at 17 years old and had 19" arms at 5'8 as a teenager
    he was bigger when he was doing high volume and not abusing drugs
